Program Details
The online Doctor of Nursing Practice with a concentration in Pediatric Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist program will equip you to provide, manage, support, and improve the nursing and health care provided to pediatric patients with chronic, acute, and critical illnesses.
The development of the curriculum is based on:

- National CNS competency and standards statements Clinical Nurse Specialist Core Competencies [NACNS 2017]
- Scope and Standards for Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist Practice [AACN 2014]
Graduates are eligible to apply for certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN).
