Program Details

The online Associate in General Studies degree program from John Wood Community College is a liberal arts degree.  This program is flexible and personalized, intended for students whose interests and educational objectives do not fall within either a traditional transfer or career/technical program.  This degree in liberal arts is not recommended for those who wish to transfer to a four-year institution to pursue a baccalaureate degree.  Students are required to submit a written plan of study prior to completing the last 12 hours of coursework.
