Program Details
The online Master of Science in Early Childhood Education program allows students to develop a mastery of structure, skills, concepts, ideas, values, facts, and methods of inquiry in working with children from birth to age eight. The curriculum includes academic, methodological, and clinical knowledge necessary for professional competence in the field, teaching students about methods and materials used in early childhood education. Coursework teaches students to work with children from birth to age eight; to work with parents and others in the community to help young children in social, emotional, psychological and physiological development; and researches the organization, supervision, and program management of programs for young children.
