Program Details

Ivy Tech Community College offers the Associate of General Studies, a liberal arts degree.  This is a transfer degree that is designed for students planning to transfer into a baccalaureate program at a four-year college or university even though some students do use it to move directly into the workforce.  This degree in the liberal arts offers a solid core of general education courses, including:

• Multicultural Awareness

With this flexible program students are able to choose electives to create individualized education plans to meet their interests and career goals.  You can choose electives from any of the career-related areas offered by Ivy Tech, including business, technology, health care, and more.
