Itasca Community College is a two-year public college founded in 1922. Itasca specializes in college transfer. Students can complete the first two years of a bachelor's degree in almost any field. It is a liberal arts degree which will satisfy the general education requirements at all Minnesota state universities, the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts, the University of North Dakota, North Dakota State University and the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth.

Students can register to take only one online course from ICC or enroll in a certificate or degree program.
