Program Details

This online PhD in Organizational Leadership allows students to take their careers into research and teaching.  Develop skills in scholarly research, writing, and presentation while also learning ways to integrate your faith in order to make a lasting impact on the world around you.  Emphasis is placed on leadership through a global and multicultural lens, focusing on inclusion, integrity, international perspectives, and the impact your leadership can have.  Courses offer both a theoretical and practical understanding of organizational leadership.  Graduates are prepared to work effectively with colleagues, inspire others, collaborate to achieve goals, and synthesize research and theory for practical application.

In as little as four years, while also balancing career and education, students are ready to take on positions in teaching, research, publication, and research.  While the online nature of this program allows students to learn at a distance, there are optional synchronous sessions offered throughout.
