Indiana Wesleyan University is an evangelical Christian comprehensive university of The Wesleyan Church. The University was founded in 1920 as Marion College and is committed to liberal arts and professional education. IWU offers undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees and doctorate degrees, and students represent more than 80 Christian denominations and 10 foreign countries. Indiana Wesleyan has received national attention for its innovative adult education program, which began in 1985. Over 10,000 adult learners attend classes at education centers in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio, and online.

Requirements

A baccalaureate degree from a college or university accredited by a regional accrediting body or by the Association for Biblical Higher Education. Official transcripts. An undergraduate GPA of 3.0. Six credit hours in Psychology, of which three credit hours must be in Abnormal Psychology (Developmental Psychology for Student Development Counseling and Administration). Six credit hours in Bible. Students may take any of the undergraduate courses at Indiana Wesleyan University and be admitted on a conditional basis until all prerequisites are satisfactorily completed. Autobiography. Three recommendations. NOTE: The graduate admissions committee retains the right to waive an admission requirement for special circumstances. Successful graduate coursework may be substituted for the GRE.

Two weekend intensives are required.
