Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership prepares students to analyze and report on organizational and leadership issues, evaluate programs, and carry out scholarly research.  Competency will be gained in leadership theory and its practical application, analyzing organizational problems, and evaluating the change and organizational learning needs of an organization and implementing strategies to redirect the organization toward its goals.  Courses also cover evaluating ethical dilemmas and implementing the appropriate response, and identifying and researching organizational problems.  Authenticity and integrity in character and leadership will be understood and practiced, along with synthesizing knowledge about the foundational concepts of wisdom, followership and stewardship as it applies to leadership.
