Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Public Budgeting and Financial Management provides graduate training in the fundamentals of budgeting and finance for government and nonprofit organizations.  It is designed for pre-career students, including graduate students in other disciplines who seek additional capacity-building in an educational program, and for in-service professionals who seek additional expertise in current work or who plan to change professional roles.  Courses provide additional knowledge and skills in public financial management and control, governmental or nonprofit accounting, and public expenditure planning, management, and fiscal control.
