Program Details

The online Master of Arts in History degree is designed for students who want to explore academic pursuits with their degree.  This history degree is designed to fulfill various academic and professional objectives, including entry into doctoral programs, teaching, and other professional careers. 

This is a flexible degree in history, allowing students to complete coursework on their own schedules, taking three to five years of part-time study or up to seven years to complete the degree.  You will develop curriculums tailored to meet individual needs and interests, including coursework that crosses traditional geographic and disciplinary boundaries.  Concentrations are available in:
