Human Resource Development Graduate Certificate

Program Details

The online Human Resource Development Graduate Certificate focuses on designing, developing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating human resource development activities, such as educating and training.  Designed for professionals seeking formal education in the human resource development field, this certificate can also be used as a specialization for another major at the graduate level or the credits may be applied to the master’s degree in human resource development.  Graduates are prepared for careers in industry, higher education, social agencies, and government.


  • Hold a baccalaureate degree granted by a regionally accredited institution
  • Have earned one of the following: a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.7 in all undergraduate coursework OR a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 in all courses taken at the graduate level
