Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Safety Management program helps students become leaders in promoting and maintaining safe work environments.  The curriculum provides knowledge and skills in accident prevention, industrial hygiene, fire protection, and hazardous substances and waste disposal.  Graduates are prepared to begin careers as mid-level managers and have the foundation to gain skills, experiences, and connections that will allow them to take their careers to the next level.

Requirements

  • One-week residency required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Official transcripts
  • Preferred completion of Indiana Core 40, or equivalent, with GPA of 2.5 or higher (4.0 scale)
  • SAT/ACT test scores (not required if the applicant is 21 or more years of age)

Geographic Restrictions

Students must be residing in either the United States, U.S. Territories or Canada, with the exception of U.S. military and State Department personnel and their family members with APO/FPO addresses.
