Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development

Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development is based on the disciplines of education, business, psychology, and related behavioral sciences.  This program provides the training and education in technical, supervisory, motivational, diversification, and orientation areas that organizations need to be successful and productive.  Graduates conduct, plan, and manage education, training, and other human resource development activities.  Careers include those with responsibilities for training and development, organization development, career development, union/labor relations, work-life initiatives, and other general human resource functions.


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Official transcripts
  • Preferred completion of Indiana Core 40, or equivalent, with GPA of 2.5 or higher (4.0 scale)
  • SAT/ACT test scores (not required if the applicant is 21 or more years of age)

  • Not authorized for residents of Massachusetts and North Carolina.
  • Closed to students residing in countries other than Canada and the United States (including U.S. Territories). The exceptions are U.S. military and State Department personnel and their family members with APO/FPO addresses.
