The online Bachelor of Science in Accounting serves as preparation to become a licensed certified public accountant, to earn an M.B.A. or a master's in accounting, or for a position in a variety of accounting-related careers.  Courses include accounting information systems, auditing, financial and management accounting, nonprofit accounting, taxation, and core business classes.  Students learn critical thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
