The online Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management program prepares students to manage and analyze health care data.  The curriculum provides students with the knowledge and skills needed in health information management and analysis, data systems development, data mining, and regulatory compliance.  The program focuses on health information technology, including project management, medical coding, health data management, privacy, and security; and health information management, including health informatics standards, statistics, analysis, healthcare compliance, process improvement, and the legal and ethical aspects of health information management.
