The online Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management offers a balanced curriculum of liberal arts and business education, including economics, general business, business and labor law, accounting, marketing, management, and statistics, as well as core values of service and integrity which help students become service-oriented, ethical professionals well equipped to support their organizations.  Graduates are proficient in assessing the market positioning of firms; evaluating organizational behavior; exercising effective interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; and using technology to enhance productivity.  Human Resource professionals support business operations through workforce training, leadership development, staffing design, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and health and safety program administration.
