Master of Electricity Markets
Illinois Institute of Technology

Program Details

The online Master of Electricity Markets program combines courses from graduate programs in electrical engineering and in finance to provide a graduate-level education in electricity suitable for electricity power engineers.  Today’s electrical engineers need to understand both the technical and business sides of the electric power industry due to the restructuring of electricity delivery.  Electricity is now a commodity that is traded in financial markets, which affects the way electric power grids are controlled and operated.  Graduates understand these changes and their affects and are prepared to handle the needs of the electric power industry.
