Learn to address the broad array of responsibilities, requisite education, and experience necessary to succeed as a certified MLS.  Moving through the curriculum with a cohort, students learn to develop, establish, oversee, and perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases of testing on bodily fluids, cells, and other specimens.  Work with laboratory epidemiology and advocate for patients while complying with regulations, guidelines, and accrediting standards.  Upon completion of this online health science degree, students are able to use quality assurance and performance measurements to assure the validity and accuracy of laboratory data.
