The online Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management is a degree completion program which enables adult students to better compete in the job market, especially in the field of human resource management. The curriculum focuses on the skills required to become a human resource generalist, including courses that teach skills in oral and written communication, research, marketing, economics, staffing, recruiting, labor relations, and compensation management. Graduates are valuable both as employees and in their communities and are also prepared for graduate school.
- Program entrance requires completion of 40 semester hours of college credits. Students with less than 40 credits may first progress through the Adult Degree Program’s associate degree.
