The Associate of Science in Applied Nutrition is designed to offer practical applications tailored for occupations in nutrition. Students will have the opportunity to study various nutritional methods, such as the use of herbal science and vegetarian diets, in addition to looking at community health issues and environmental impacts on health. Coursework in nutrition is combined with studies in biological sciences, anatomy, and business management skills.
