Hudson Valley Community College’s IT Help Desk Support Certificate program prepares students to pursue positions in the information technology field, such as computer support specialist or help desk support technician. Courses cover the fundamentals of contemporary and emergent computing technologies, hardware and software support, business analytics, database management systems, programming and logic, networking, web design, and computing and information security.
