Program Details

The Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Management, an online business management degree, helps students advance their careers and become leaders in the field.  Students explore the ethical, legal, and social factors that shape the modern workforce, completing courses in subjects that range from recruitment and training to labor laws, compensation and benefits.  Courses are taught with a Christian framework, ensuring that they include ethics, leadership, and responsibility.  While preparing for administrative and supervisory roles, students learn to analyze the basic organizational behavior model and to integrate knowledge of various business disciplines to make strategic business decisions.  Graduates understand the fundamentals of organizational communication and teamwork and are familiar with current business management and administration practices.

The Bachelor of Business Administration degree is designed for those who are more interested in general business and management courses, but who also want to explore organizational management in more detail.
