The online Bachelor of Arts in Management prepares ethically grounded, socially responsible graduates who are able to contribute to our global society in meaningful ways as it also helps students become effective managers and decision-makers. The curriculum, embedded in liberal arts, focuses on areas of accounting, economics, marketing, organizational behavior, research methods and design, communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, strategic planning and management procedures, and policies. Students choose a track in either marketing or organizational leadership, either of which readies them for leadership positions in for profit and non-profit settings, including industry, financial, governmental, and healthcare organizations.
