Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Organizational Change & Development program is designed for students interested in careers in the organizational change and development area of business.  The curriculum is a combination of courses in business administration and courses in the Organizational Change and Development concentration.  Courses in Organizational Change and Development include:

  • Organizational Change Development
  • Change Leadership Models and Methods
  • Innovation and Creativity
  • Consulting and Group Process Facilitation

You will also learn to be a strong leader, capable of effective communication, critical thinking, and collaboration.  Courses are kept small, allowing students and professors to interact as students gain hands-on experience.  Graduates are able to assess legal, professional, and ethical implications of business decisions, understand inter-cultural practices, and apply effective business principles in a global context.

    • A waiver is available if one of the following criteria is met:
      • A conferred degree from HPU and earned a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
      • A conferred master's degree or higher from an accredited institution and earned a minimum of a 3.0 CGPA
  • Statement of Purpose
  • Two Letters of Recommendation
  • Official Transcripts showing conferred Bachelor's Degree, Master's if applicable
  • International Applicants:  the minimum English Proficiency Requirements is a TOEFL (IBT) overall score of 80 with a writing Score of 25, or IELTS overall score of 6.0 with a Writing Score of 6.5
