Program Details

The Master of Arts in Organization Development and Change, an online organizational leadership degree, prepares students who are global problem solvers.  In this complex and constantly changing world there is need for organizational leaders who understand the complexity of organizational systems of all sizes.  Courses use experiential, hands-on learning and an experienced faculty to teach an interdisciplinary program that includes psychology, behavioral science, systems science, and management.  The program is focused on understanding and managing organizational change, incorporating new fields of study such as systems thinking and organization learning.
