Program Details

The online criminal justice bachelor degree is designed to prepare students for careers in criminal justice or social services or for advanced degrees in graduate and legal programs. The curriculum uses established and contemporary theory, introduces research skills, and develops skill sets required to work in this field. Students learn to think critically about the causes and consequences of crime and deviance, to research and discuss evolving issues in criminal justice, and to help guide policy development. Courses cover different aspects of the criminal justice system, including the police, courts, and corrections, helping students hone and perfect skills and knowledge in all criminal justice fields.
