Guilford Technical Community College offers an IT Systems Support Certificate program designed to give students the knowledge and skills required to build a computer, troubleshoot hardware and software, install operating systems, and manage multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux). Students are also prepared to sit for the following exams: CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Linux+, and Ubuntu Certified Professional.
