Program Details

A Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management provides students with the specialty skills necessary for work as a human resource manager. Required core curriculum to complete this degree program include Business Management, Business Law, Labor Relations, Employment Law, Training and Development, Performance Management, Quality Management, and Compensation and Organizational Behavior. Graduates will develop the necessary employee-management, decision-making and communication skills to be competitive within the business environment.
