Program Details
The online PhD in General Psychology with an emphasis in Performance Psychology from GCU helps students better understand human actions in the past and present. The Quantitative Research specialization focuses on numeric data by creating a sampling plan and collecting data for a scholarly dissertation.
Courses apply theories of emotion, cognition, and motivation to performance. Students will participate in multiple hands-on doctoral residencies as part of this program. Graduates can pursue positions such as fitness coaches, nutritionists, researchers, professors, or trainers.
