This online MEd prepares you to teach science, technology, engineering and math classes in grades 6-12 and can lead to licensure in Nevada. You’ll delve into graduate coursework with the adolescent learner at heart, as you learn to promote student mastery through your own critical thinking and effective communication. This curriculum focuses on content knowledge to fill the ever-growing gap of STEM teachers. Classwork normally includes:
- Adolescent Development & Psychology
- Integrating STEM Methods for Middle & High School Instruction
- Adolescent Literacy
