Program Details

This online master’s in organizational leadership is meant to bring out the best in leaders and in effective Christian leadership.  Courses improve skills in verbal and written communication, business and leadership acumen, strategic leadership and management techniques, and more.  Focus is placed on the human side of leadership with a curriculum that draws from sociology, psychology, philosophy, anthropology, and management.
