Program Details

The Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Studies, an organizational leadership degree online for adult students, places great importance on the Jesuit tradition of educating the whole person.  The curriculum is centered on three areas of leadership:

  • Leader as a person
  • Leader in organizational systems
  • Leader in global systems

Courses help students explore how to lead and serve others at all levels using conceptual, scholarly, and professional competencies.  The goal of the program is to educate ethical individuals who understand and value the importance of service.  Students explore questions of humanity using critical thinking and moral conviction while learning ways to better work and live in a diverse, changing global environment.
