The online master's in Organizational Leadership equips students with the tools required to develop advanced leadership practices through critical, strategic, and creative thinking to become strong, ethical leaders.  Courses develop the skills necessary to succeed, including conflict resolution, leading change, foresight and planning, negotiation, and global strategy.  Career opportunities include systems management, labor relations, corporate training, and law enforcement.
