- Two on-campus visits required for immersion experiences.
- Applicant must have a master's degree in nursing, a graduate nurse anesthesia degree, or a graduate nurse-midwifery degree from an accredited program.
- Must have taken an Evidence Based Practice course and a graduate-level inferential statistics or biostatistics course within the last 5 years with grade B or better
