The online Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology provides students with the basic knowledge, skills, and attitudes required of professionals working in the field of instructional design and technology.  Graduates find positions in a wide variety of learning and performance improvement contexts such as corporate, healthcare, non-profit government, military, higher education, and PreK-12 education sectors.  Courses include Design of Performance and Instructional Systems, Analysis of Performance and Instructional Systems, Foundations of Instructional Technology, and Project Management for Instructional Designers.
