    Hold a 4-year bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution, demonstrated academic excellence and evidence of preparation in their chosen field sufficient to ensure successful graduate study. For international applicants, satisfactory scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
