The Executive LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation is intended for lawyers who want to gain added knowledge in securities, finance and business law. Topics of study range from foundational courses in accounting and securities to fraud and regulatory policies.

The online class environment provides an outlet to achieve this degree while not giving up your profession. You can also choose to complete this degree on a part-time basis. Classes are delivered asynchronously, with recorded video lectures that you can watch on your time.

Requirements

  • Must hold a first degree in law (J.D. or LL.B.) from an ABA-approved law school or a bachelor of law degree from a non-U.S. law school approved by its foreign equivalent
