The LL.M in Taxation program at Georgetown can be completed online or on campus. Regardless of the location, you will study under the same faculty. With more than 70 course options, subject areas include basics in corporate, partnership and internal taxation in addition to more specialized areas in tax law and policy.
Professionals can pursue a specialized certificate in conjuction with their LLM degree or as a stand alone option.
- Must hold a first degree in law (J.D. or LL.B.) from an ABA-approved law school or a bachelor of law degree from a non-U.S. law school approved by its foreign equivalent
