Program Details

George Mason University’s online Master’s Degree in Special Education equips students to identify, address, and overcome complex learning challenges to influence the educational potential for people with mild to severe learning disabilities. The program can be completed in 24 months through a flexible, part-time program led by an expert faculty of behavior analysts, teachers, researchers, and innovators. Two tracks are available that culminate in a graduate certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorder or Applied Behavior Analysis. Standalone certificates are also offered in these areas.
