Gaston College dates back to 1964 when the first classes began at a First United Methodist Church on a temporary basis. From its humble beginnings, the College has grown into one of the largest community colleges in North Carolina with three campuses—Dallas, Lincoln, and Kimbrell—that serve Gaston and Lincoln Counties.
Gaston College promotes lifelong learning and economic development by providing high quality educational programs and services. Over 100 programs of study are offered to help you obtain a diploma, certificate, or two-year associate's degree, both on campus and online. They offer courses in fully online and hybrid formats.
