Program Details

This program offers students a Business Administration concentration for a bachelor's degree, from the Broyhill Undergraduate School of Management.  

Students will partake in essential business courses, delving into concepts of business principles related to marketing, administration, and management.  The Business Administration concentration requires professional students to combine a strategic balance of planning, organizing, leading and maintaining an organization or the daily functions.  A Business Administration degree should provide students the needed skills in management to effectively plan and allocate end results of profits and production.

Gardner-Webb emphasizes a Christian learning environment, believing in social justice, ethical decision-making and intellectual honesty. Graduates should acquire critical thinking and analytical skills to pursue business, leadership and administration positions in a variety of public and private sector fields.   

Graduates of the Business Administration degree should gain an enhanced understanding of management skills for organization in the dynamic and evolving workplace of modern corporations. The focused curriculum develops the roles required to align resources, and to improve communication and productivity.  The Bachelor program may provide graduates with the solid foundation to enter the competitive job market or continue their education at a Master's level.

Minimum of 48 transferable hours from an accredited college. 2.0 GPA or higher. Program requires the completion of 128 credits, including transfer hours.
