Program Details

The online Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction program complements teacher certifications by expanding the individuals’ knowledge bases in curriculum and instruction.  The curriculum develops professional expertise in a standards-based teaching environment that stresses accountability and excellence.  Coursework reviews best practices research while integrating current knowledge about technology, state and federal standards, multiple ways of learning, alternative assessment, reflective practice, and more.


  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally-accredited college or university with a GPA of 2.8 or greater (4.0 scale)
  • Provisional acceptance for 2.5-2.79 GPA
