Program Details

Franklin Pierce University’s online MBA with a concentration in Leadership prepares students to take on leadership roles and positions of influence in their organizations and communities.  Students learn to view situations from a system-wide perspective.  They are able to apply the processes of collaboration, strategic thinking, and critical analysis to management challenges and opportunities.  You will also examine business best practices while developing leadership, human resource, and operations management skills.  Topics of study include:
