The online Undergraduate Certificate in Computer Information Technology / Helpdesk Operations provides the knowledge so students will be qualified to troubleshoot hardware and software problems in the work environment. Graduates will be expected to have the skills needed to support users on all major applications. A basic understanding of the Internet and of a networked environment will enable graduates to aid in conflict management and effective user training.
This certificate provides students with a sufficient education to obtain entry-level positions in business, educational systems, and government agencies upon graduation.
