Program Details
The online Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, Administration & Policy program is designed to prepare transformative leaders in K-12 education. The program equips educators with the skills needed to fill leadership positions that improve education for all children, especially those in marginalized or underserved communities, and focuses on preparing social-justice-minded educational leaders to solve problems and design solutions that benefit schools and student learning. The curriculum uses improvement science as a primary approach, placing importance on utilizing exploratory learning when seeking new strategies for long-term success in educational systems as students learn to use inquiry, problem-solving, and innovation to continuously design and implement effective solutions across schools, districts, and communities.
