Program Details

The online Master of Science in Learning and Cognition program is designed for students and professionals interested in learning, cognition, development, and group processes in a variety of contexts, such has the classroom at any level, government, private enterprise, nonprofits, and other organizational settings.  The program produces graduates who have knowledge in a wide range of theories applicable to learning and cognition processes, insights into ways to effectively support human learning, and skills to critically read and evaluate research on learning.  Graduates find positions as teachers or supervisors concerned with adult learning processes to help develop employees who are prepared to meet the challenges of the modern workplace, or as professionals who develop training seminars.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or equivalent
  • Minimum upper-division undergraduate GPA of 3.0
  • Official transcript(s) from each college and/or university attended
  • GRE test scores
