Florida State University’s Online MBA program offers a rigorous set of elective courses focused on real estate finance and analysis. The GMAT may be waived for highly qualified candidates.


Resume. Two letters of recommendation. Must have a bachelor's degree and submit a GMAT (preferred) or GRE score demonstrating strong analytical and verbal skills. Previous coursework in business is not required. Have a minimum of 5 years of full-time work experience, an upper-division undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0, a minimum total score of 550 on the GMAT, or a GRE minimum of 530 on the verbal scale and 710 on the quantitative scale for the old exam, with a minimum of 156 on each subsection on the revised GRE, taken within the last five years.
