Program Details

The online Associate of Science in Early Childhood Management program prepares students for careers working with young children under the age of five in public or private child development centers and family home child care centers.  The curriculum provides a well-rounded education in developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive practices that help to shape a child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.  Coursework covers everything from child growth and development and early childhood education to program development.  Students can choose to focus on education or management which prepares them to teach children under the age of five or to direct operations at a child care facility.
