Program Details

The online Associate of Arts in General Education is a liberal studies degree from Florida SouthWestern State College that provides students with a trans-disciplinary learning experience. Students will gain empowerment, becoming active, informed, and ethical citizens in a liberal studies degree program that promotes collaboration and communication in diverse settings. The curriculum is comprised of general education courses that integrate a breadth of knowledge and skills essential to complete educations while forming foundations of knowledge upon which all degrees are built. With this liberal studies degree you will learn to communicate clearly, research and examine information and resources, and think critically.
