Program Details

Florida Institute of Technology offers an online MBA in Accounting that will guide your career in corporate or financial accounting towards management and executive roles.  You will learn to make decisions using cost and pricing estimates, while also learning analytical techniques to resolve accounting problems.  FIT’s MBA in Accounting also prepares you to problem-solve within various accounting settings, from universities to federal government offices and nonprofits.  Along with core business curriculum, you may study:

  • Advanced problems and current topics in accounting
  • Governmental and nonprofit accounting
  • International accounting
  • Strategic cost management

FIT’s MBA in Accounting includes a capstone course in Strategic Management.  Taken during your last semester, this course integrates all of your knowledge where you create a comprehensive business strategy demonstrating your ability to make effective management decisions.
